We arrived at 10pm and there was a closed cafe we didn’t even know where this report is , had to call and they told me wait for 20 minutes to pick you up then we had to go on a safari jeep ride for 20 minutes before getting to a cable car to get to the reception . The rooms were very spacious but horrible condition in the bathroom , no water pressure and also no hot water for the shower so we skipped shower altogether for the 2 days . You are stuck in this jungle with nothing much to do and if you decide to get out the cable car and 29 minute ride is there . So not a pleasant stay unless you are looking for a tenting experience but paying for a hotel !

It was the most memorable part of our srilanka tour . Amazing , compeletely amazing place ! The staff is so so good , like all of them are nice , especially Lalit . Will remember this jungle stay forever

A good stay, excellent staff and very cooperative. You need to go inside their car for 3 km down the hill and after that there is a ropeway for 5 minutes. The views were amazing and river was flowing just at the back of our suite.

resort is good infrastructure wise it’s a different experience however service is pathetic, they don’t understand english, food variety not there, morning breakfast package was a false commitment as they don’t have much menu…even egg they could not serve … washroom was pathetic , no cubbard in the room.

Lovely property with its kinks. The property is in the middle of the jungle and the views are lovely and the hospitality is quite nice. However, it comes with its set of challenges like power cut, mosquitoes. Not suitable during the rainy season. The entry to the property is very uncomfortable through the truck. But the gondola ride is quite pleasant. It’s a lovely property during the day. Not very nice during the night. It’s a true living in the jungle experience.
