The best hotel in town ❤️Kids enjoyed the swimming pool,very convenient because the SM mall is just around the corner so if you love shopping this hotel is best for you .The front desk Ms. Grace is very helpful she’s so nice 🌷.

This is the besr hotel in bacolod. So convenient. It is connected with SM Bacolod so if you nees anything you can just go down and there's a private entrance from this hotel to the Mall.

Check-in & out without problems; very good & fast elevators; direct access to SM Mall; Room: not very big but ok; beds: a bit too small; just 2 towels (only the bigger ones, none for hands and for face); shower: working very well; internet: sometimes too weak/slow; only with LAN wel working; pool: just ok, but no shadow/trees there; food: Asean breakfast; no European/American style, neither ham nor bacon available, the value for money is still ok but u cnt compare it to other 4/5 star hotels of Radisson; the location is perfect.

enjoyed my stay here. i love that their Dash cafe is 24hrs open. i also the buffet. lots of food choices. room is spacious but looks a bit plain to me. staff were helpful. fast checkin and checkout. and in a very convenient location adjacent to SM mall. u could go staright to the mall without having to go out of the hotel.
