I arrived at the map location and no hotel is there. 訂房網站 didn't resolve the problem until the next day and I had nowhere to stay because my wife foudht with me and left. Hotel number doesn't work or exist. Horrible experience and now that hotel is listed for $1 so they can continue stealing money from customers via wire fraud. No hotel. A private residental community is where you arrive via the map hyperlink.

OYO was a bit ****ty when it comes to customer service but ABN group staff and owner was very understanding. The PIN locations in maps are different hence very confusing and when you contact the OYO office, they don't even know how to help you. I didn't stay in the place where I actually booked but internally I just settled for the ABN Hostel instead of Residences due to its convenient location. Kudos to Riza and owner RB for getting me through this whole situation.
