The hotel staff are all friendly. The rooms are all clean and they provide us free extra bed. They even went to get our laundry so we can enjoy our time in Bacolod. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you. We’ll visit again and booked the same hotel.

Service is commendable, staff are just a call away always for any needed stay support or request. Facilities is basic but hot water is available. Food is avilable at the cafe restaurant on ground floor, there are a lot of food shops around as well. Drinking water is station each floor, hot and cold available. The hotel is a bit opd but stay is just good, quiet environment. Maybe you can just request for a dark curtain because day light wakes me up in the morning.

Was ok, apart from no hot water in shower on last day, next door neighbour has 6 dogs that bark loud at night and through the day, was ok for the cheap price, but overall the place needs to raise their quality.

It was a bad experience.. staff no proper communication. Staff just ignored my guest for my early reservations.they not accommodate properly.. room no wifi, no heater, aminities was poor.
