第一天入住房間空調噪音太吵，下水道堵水，第二天要求換房，換到203房間，窗戶靠近排氣孔，更吵了，開窗能聞到油煙味，第二天更不用睡覺了，洗澡衹能出冷水了..床單都潮潮的，整個酒店各項管理細節實在太差了.. 投訴就是“Smile city, will not give you any positive feedback,I believe “. ..不會再住第二次了..

Room had no additional lock from the inside. Several staff namely from security, housekeeping and ground floor service staff were not friendly and approachable. Though we booked for 3 pax per room, amenities and towels were only provided for 2 pax per room. Pillow had a hole in it. Pool had a limit of 2 pax each time. Which means our group could not swim together.

Our stay was great! We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights :) We booked through 訂房網站.com and I was able to reach out tot he front desk before our arrival to be able to prepare our room for a birthday surprise. The staff at the front desk were very kind to deliver the flowers I ordered to our room and also give my mom a simple birthday welcome token! The breakfast every morning was good! Just the right choices! The room we stayed in was very nice, it just lacked some usual devices (like hairdryer) but overall, it was good! I recommend this hotel to those who are visiting Bacolod and want to be near some tourist sites! It’s a grab or trike away :)

Before checking in to this hotel, we checked the reviews. And of course yung review sa negative yung chineck namin, so far for ITS PRICE, sakto lang lahat. Parang we booked around 1,800.00 per night yata and all are okay naman. I mean, we don't expect a 5 star treatment and outcome for an affordable price. If you're looking for a place for work and yung comfortable ka, this is the right hotel for you. The room is spacious (like ang laki and luwag compared to manila hotels syempre) the bed is good, yung aircon is main*** lang since box type but okay lang kasi ang lamig niya sobra. The CR is small but sakto lang for 2 pax na gagamit. May table for work, and malamig yung ref para sa mga food na need ma store. Overall, if I will be basing the rate for its price, location, accommodation, it's 5/5 for me. Basta manage your expectation okay? 😊
