Very dis appointed because the bathroom is so dirty and hand spray is not working the outlet of the room is too far no television in case u need the service u need to go down ..trash bin is full when we enter the bathroom

We stay only 3 hours in the room and check out immediately.. for some reasons.. 1. The air-conditioning is not working properly 2. The toilet is so nasty.. 3. Beddings is full of dust This is not acceptable.. Cannot recommend to a friend

The room and bathroom were extremely dirty, with many cobwebs and insects inside the room, especially ants. The bedding had an unpleasant odor and appeared to have already been used. In addition, the receptionist was not hospitable—he was constantly playing games on his phone and showed no willingness to help whenever I requested assistance.

1. Damaged room door lock. 2. Dirtiest CR I’ve ever seen. 3. Worst reception service, the receptionist prioritized playing mobile legends than showing hospitality. 4. Eerie and heavy feeling, esp at the 2nd floor hallway. 5. The room smells like a chicken poultry, putrid. SCAM. Be wary.
