We had an amazing stay. Staff from reception to drivers are very accomodating & halpful. They upgraded our room from garden villa to seaview room. Food can be improve on dinner buffet. However breakfast choices & taste are good. Band in the dinner was great & they sang our requested song. Overall, i will recommend & still come back some time with friends. Although an hour away from the city but the shuttle is a plus as we do not need to rent our own car.

We stayed at Misibis Baygarden Resort from July 11–13 and had a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The resort offers a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings — perfect for unwinding. There was a minor issue with my request for unscented linens and no air freshener due to allergies, which wasn’t addressed at first, but the staff quickly made up for it by upgrading us to another room, which we appreciated. One area for improvement would be the internet service, which was quite unreliable during our stay. Overall, it was still a pleasant experience, and we look forward to coming back

I booked for 3 persons per room, with 2 breakfast so I was expecting to pay only for the additional breakfast of the extra person (no extra bedding requested), but was asked to pay for the full extra person with breakfast and no senior discount. I may have misunderstood, but the booking choices via Trip were also misleading (2person/room w/ 2 breakfast; 3persons/room w/ 2 breakfast; 3 persons/room w 3 breakfast; I chose the 2nd option). Room service took a very long time, more than the promised 45mins. One of the assigned rooms had a broken doorknob that wasn't fixed since it was on one of the connecting rooms.

Enjoyed our short stay. My wife and I enjoyed the food and the service in the restaurant. Reception staff were also very accommodating and respond fast. Beach was nice but a bit rocky and with some trash. Suggest regular cleaning. Enjoyed the band who played during dinner.

Hotel has a nice view, really inconvenient location not only because far away from the city, also becos of need to go through many steep hillside so quite dangerous on a rainy day. Food in the restaurant took an hour to be served and we have only been informed after an hour we chase our orders that expected time is 45-60 mins for a la carte as they can only start cooking our orders after they have finished other reserved orders so they waiting time will be 45 mins to 1 hour

#1 my nakapasok na snake sa loob ng resort which is unacceptable lalo na if my mga kasama kang bata #2. Ang daming centipede na nkakapasok sa loob ng room. I even saw crawling on the bed! #3. Masyadong OA and strict sa guest as in bilang nila ang guest pag pasok mo palang sa gate and iccharge ka ng 2800 plus per night!! #4. Sobrang mahal ng foods. Not worth the price. #5. Goodluck sa zigzag na biyahe🤮
