I booked 2 rooms which are at separate floors. My room was at level1 & was really bad smell especially the pillow case. They supposed to do the checking & clean up the room before guest check in. The toilet was old , bad smell & got cockroaches while the aircond at the other room was not function. I requested to change the room & the staff wanted to give me other upgrade room but i need to pay extra. While we search for other hotel in the common space, we ask to switch on the fan but the fan also was not function. End up we decide to checkout and get another hotel in Medan. Our payment wasn’t refunded 😓
