No lift! Not great to start, was exhausted and with a toddler so just wanted a quick smooth check in process and get to bed. But the first room we got, key card didn’t work so had to go back to reception after lugging everything to the room! Then had no Aircon, was boiling weather, no fridge, and there was an ant in the wardrobe, also had an adjoining room that we didn’t ask for which I didn’t feel comfortable with as could hear next room was also occupied. Paid extra to change to a premium room, so had to then move everything again and trek back to reception to trek all the way to the next room on the ground floor. Was just a bit excessive for what should have been a quick thing. Only one person was on reception so maybe why at that time.

Location was lovely and handy to some nice local sites. Staff were helpful with suggestions of what to see. Room was comfortable and clean.

An excellent Holiday Inn 4* hotel in Aylesbury which has friendly front desk service (24 hours). Excellent breakfast facilities (buffet). Sports facilities swimming, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. There is also gym area. To get access to the pool area you require a code. There are locks in the changing room which I didn't like (combination) as my locker did unlock. Once you check-in you will be given a leaflet that explains about the hotel facilities and times. Thses pictures are from the men's changing room.

Friendly welcoming staff and everywhere clean. Comfortable room with fresh clean bedding and bathroom.  Food was very good, plenty of choice at dinner and breakfast ..we would definitely book here again .

The room is very neat and clean. There are a gym and a small swimming pool, which you don't find very often in the hotels in the UK. The restaurant serves excellent breakfast. You may choose soy milk or oat milk for your coffee or tea in case you don't want dairy milk. If you like fruit juices, you have a few different ones to choose from. I particularly like their mango banana juice and freshly squeezed orange juice.

酒店比較新比較乾淨，餐廳對孩子很友好，竟然為孩子提供免費食物，很意外，泳池不太方便，被承包給外面機構上游泳課，還不許孩子用桑拿設施
