Avangart酒店 (Avangart Otel)

When we arrived it seemed the young woman was in shock that we were there and in fact had a booking for three nights.  We had to prove it to her.  Our booking included two meals a day (half board).  She was adamant “no”.  She said “no food here”’ this is at odds with a sign at the front advertising breakfast and cafe? Finally she agreed to light breakfast.  In reality there was nothing provided at all.   Yellow fertilizer powder was on the window sill inside and outside the only window.  It was also dusted on the bedside table.  Staff reluctantly agreed to clean the fertilizer dust when my husband started to clean it himself.  Next door and right beside the only window is a large restaurant. They operate very loud exhaust fans non stop. You can’t sleep with the window open due to the noise.  It was so stuffy in the non air conditioned room we had to sleep with our room door open.  All the walls and roof were covered in a soft exposed stone which crumbled all over the floor and bed so you slept in fine gravel.  When the staff were there they were either on their phones or snogging. It felt like Turkish Faulty Towers.  Very happy to have left.
