Location was the plus. Very near to mapro garden. Food was average. Staff were very nice and courteous. But the rooms were very small. And the resort was also not very big. I feel that it's very overpriced.

Excellent property, maintained well. The staff is very courteous and friendly. Loved the food as well. This was our 3rd visit and planning to go again ad well. Must visit

The stay was good. Rooms were neat n clean. Breakfast has limited choices (especially for the kids) but food is tasty. They need to put signs on the main road and internal roads at turning as the property is about a km inside from main road. Only thing is you need to 'ask' for the things like toiletories, morning tea in room, complimentary mineral water bottles etc which are included in your room charges. They should be given by default to elevate guest's overall experience about the place when the competition is too high. Overall a good experience and can be recommended if above things are taken care as guests sometime miss these basic things unknowingly.

We were lucky to get lotus farm. We booked one suit room mountain facing room for two nights. Keepingbourbfingers crossed. But we never regret our decission. We got one of the best tay with homely food and such a nice people with so much courtesy. I strongly recommend this property for all kind of stay.

We went to mahabaleshwar for vacation and stayed at lotus farms. It is a very good experience. The staff were very courteous and friendly and responded quickly to all our needs during the stay. The rooms are maintained very clean. Food is served hot and was very tasty. Very close to mapro. Overall we enjoyed our stay in lotus farms

Stay is good. Service is upto the mark. Booked mountain view room which has good space. Billing still need to be done. Safe and secure. Have 24*7 hot water which is good. Food quality can be improved in starter.

The hotel is clean and having good service. The staff is helpful. Breakfast and lunch is good. Nice dinning area and garden view.

1. Ac is not working properly and they assembled 1 ton ac in all rooms and those are also of very old models. 2. There is no fan in any room. 3. There is no pool in the property. 4. They mentioned that they have spa room available but there is no room and they provide spa in your room only that will messed up your room. 5. There are lot of different kind of bugs at the property even in the so called kasturi restaurant, no maintenance for it. 6. Food is ok but they don’t have all the things available as they mentioned in their menu. 7. Last thing is, you have to carry extra cash as they don’t have card payment option so you can’t use your credit card here. All i want to say, this property is not worthy enough for one night stay at inr plus excluding taxes. It’s level is just equals to inr 4000 not more than this. In (that much i have paid for one night stay) you can book any branded hotel here.
