房間設施一般，服務質量不好。我們下午五點多鐘到酒店拿鑰匙後到房間一看，完全沒有收拾好，房間裡的東西亂七八糟。結果找了半天才找到搞衞生的，這樣的管理水平真叫人無語。

The front desk lady, Lela was absolutely rude and very non understanding of my situation and was full heartedly wanting me to sleep in my car, along with my dog, and 3 other people. Even with me crying and unable to muster a sentence. She smiled and continued to grin at me asking me " it's not my problem you're homeless, what do you want me to do? "

The manager on duty today was absolutely heartless and rude. She isn't trying to work with me an won't even give me a key. To get back into my room if I had to leave to get the money.

As always, the staff is spectacular, and friendly. We have been here a week now and it's so quiet and peaceful. I love the breakfast bar whenever I remember that it's there.
