Staybridge Suites 奧斯汀南部州際公路35號 IHG酒店 (Staybridge Suites Austin South Interstate Hwy 35)

I came here with an open mind and was hoping to have a good visit in Austin. My 訂房網站 was somewhat ruined by this terrible hotel. Couldn't get a good shower or a good night's sleep here. Please choose a different hotel, there are at least 2 others within walking distance of this one. -Dismal water pressure and hard water makes the shower basically unusable. Worse than any hotel I have ever seen. Had to abandon my attempt at a shower, was afraid to use soap that couldn't be washed off. And the floor of the shower was dangerously slippery, possibly because the housekeeper's cleaning product couldn't be completely washed away due to the low water pressure and hard water. -Woke up to a giant centipede in the toilet (???) -The television and remote looked brand new but worked infuriatingly slow, changing the channel took forever and it would often skip over multiple channels. -VERY noisy building, I could hear every step that my upstairs neighbor took, ceiling creaking and groaning, much like staying in a junky apartment complex with bad neighbors. -Breakfast was dismal and embarrassing. -There was a weird industrial smell throughout the building and in the elevators. -Thermostat did not work properly, hard to set temp/fan and get it to stay, looks like the batteries died weeks ago. -I visited in October and there was junky plastic Halloween stuff everywhere, including that nasty fake spider web stuff.
