This was hands-down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The front desk staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Simple questions were met with eye-rolls and attitude, as if checking in was an inconvenience for them. And the manager? PRINCESS! Somehow even worse. Instead of resolving issues, she made everything more frustrating. She was arrogant, condescending, and made it clear she couldn’t care less about guests having a decent stay. I left feeling like I had paid to be treated poorly. Save yourself the headache—there are plenty of other hotels where the staff actually know how to do their jobs and the manager understands what “hospitality” means.

Have to say, having stayed at several hotels in the area, by a country mile this was by far the best & most enjoyable. The two ladies on reception were funny, full of exuberance & pleasure to interact with. Even if one thought speaking like Mary Poppins would make her an honorary British speaker… had to laugh.., keep it up ! Full marks for effort
