I don’t generally give reviews, but this time I felt like I finally found an end to exploring different hotels during my visits to IXU, so here’s one from my end. Stayed at Ira Hotel recently and had a comfortable and pleasant experience. The room was clean, water pressure was just right, and in-room service was prompt and polite. The staff were courteous and professional, which made the overall stay smooth. The highlight for me was the restaurant on the 5th floor, it has an open-to-sky feel (covered in glass) and serves good food in a relaxed setting. It really added to the experience. Feels like I’ve found a go-to hotel for my future 訂房網站s to IXU. A small note, the water in the bathroom could have been a bit more warmer.

Worst stat ever in any hotel till now. Worst services. Very rude behaviour of receptionist. Arrogant talk with customer. No respect regarding customer. Made me wait for long time just for chkin. Made my guest awkward infront of everyone by asking personal questions. Terrible experience

Our stay at this hotel was highly disappointing and well below the standards expected of a 3 or 4-star property. From an unwelcoming, judgmental duty manager to the absence of basic services like a bellboy, hand wash, and timely welcome drinks, the experience was poor throughout. The corridors were suffocatingly hot, and the room, though tidy, had hair on the bed. Staff were untrained, the restaurant service was inconsistent, and billing included unjustified extra charges. The rooftop restaurant was also poorly ventilated. Overall, this property lacks professionalism and comfort. I strongly recommend choosing better alternatives in Aurangabad. Dutt manager has utter most level of attitude on face like he is the owner of property or whole Aurangabad the fat guy with spects, giving the impression that he was scrutinizing our reasons for staying—a gross overstep of professional boundaries. Personal biases have no place in the hospitality industry, and staff should focus solely on their duties.

we had a two day stay at IRA , Aurangabad. the experience wasn't that great, it felt that they were short on staff and infra. First of all, the location and the approach isn't great. the reception area didn't have a working air conditioning. I was charged an amount for early check-in and they had a room available, so they could have very well foregone it from a goodwill standpoint as a lot of properties do. the room service and the upper deck service left a lot to be desired. due to shortage of staff, we had to remind them number of times to get the food items. the hotel was clean though, but they need to improve on hospitality to be considered as a top hotel

There is water leakage from Ac. Drinking water is given mixed in ordinary bottles which is not sealed. Bathroom clooged water is flowing outside....bath soap is poor quality. Comb is wooden too hard for your hair....staff is too arrogant in nature.
