it was a good stay, but the toilet needs improvement. Location is good. There are hardly any amenities to be appreciated.

Hotel is at a very good location nearby Aurangabad Bus Stand. Economical stay with good amenities. Well managed property with spacious rooms. Only issue is the approach road, which is very narrow.

I have enjoyed a pleasant stay at Hotel Modi Samrat. The price is also reasonable compared to the other hotels in the same locality. The Hotel is close to the bus stand. The service is excellent. The hotel is located 100 miter inside the main road so it is noise Free.

very good service. it was a good experience for me. Initially the room that they provided me ,I didn't find it clean. they immediately changed it and gave me better room

I booked this hotel as it is just opposite to Shambhaji Nagar Central Bus Stand. I wanted to go for Dhusneshwar Jyotirlinga and Shambhaji nagar is the main location to reach there. Hotel was clean and neat. All the facilities were provided.

I am arrived at 9 PM..they recieved well.Cost is high.good staff...some interior and TV damaged in the given room.

it was nice, however the manager gets unfriendly sometimes. especially when he's allocating rooms. been asked to wait a lot of times now.

A person needs 3to4 lots water a day to drink. But they provide only half lt. They don't arrange vehicle during night or early morning if needed. Rest ok.
