We knew we would be arriving fairly late, so had already made the decision we would eat in the hotel rather than elsewhere in the town as this hotel is a little on the outskirts. We were told at reception that we had been upgraded, which was a lovely surprise and the room was fabulous with separate sitting area, robes, slippers, coffee machine, and complimentary water in the mini fridge. But the real stand out here is the shower - wow! The power! Amazing! All of the staff were really friendly and sociable. The food in the restaurant in the evening (shakshouka) was delicious and a really impressive choice of breakfast the next morning. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again. There's also a tram stop outside that will take you directly into town if you don't fancy the 10-15 min walk.

位置，房間和早餐都非常棒。入住和退房手續也簡單快捷。更值得一提的是地下車庫是免費的。總之，很好的住宿體驗。The hotel location, room, and breakfast are all great. The check-in and check-out procedures are also simple and fast. It is worth mentioning that the underground parking is free. Overall, a great accommodation experience.

這個價格總體來説真不太值，Wi-Fi信號極弱還時不時斷開，然後得重新點擊同意連結，早餐每一天都沒任何變化，歐洲酒店的早餐其實衹有多和少的區別，種類幾乎一模一樣，最後前台估計是新人業務不熟悉，辦理入住還是耽擱了一些時間，最後衞生不咋地，地上明顯的纖維灰球不清理，我洗了的襪子晾在一根桿子上還被做衞生的丟在地上尼馬。唯一優點就是出門幾分鐘就是鐵軌站吧，去市中心很方便。

The location was great! If you are taking public transport, do not get down at the Plarer because its further to walk to the hotel. Instead get down at the Wertachbruke station. From here its only like 50m to the hotel. The room was great! The amenities provided are all in good condition. Staff were very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our short stay, wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely comeback.

Das Hotel bietet viel Leistung fürs Geld. Neu renovierte Zimmer mit einem bequemen Bett, nur 4 Stationen mit der Linie 4 vom Hbf entfernt. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben schon zweimal hier übernachtet und können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.
