酒店裝修很新，基本傢俱都是新的，所以整體比較乾淨。但是剛進來，就在客廳裡看到一衹大號蟑螂，可能是有陽台的緣故，生態比較貼近自然。煎牛排的時候煙霧太大引發了煙霧報警器，自己關了就好，不用驚慌。

The rommie hotel is located closed to a subway station. Quite noisy! I will not choose to live here again. And very wired layout for the apartment room. Looks quite wired from the photos. In general, the reception service was poor and did not offer necessary support when we request. Big car parking with many spaces but charge 15 NZD for extra parking fee.

房間寬敞，衞生乾淨，非常適合自駕旅遊，停車場寬敞，免費，房間裡面生活用品齊全，長期住非常適合，酒店免費配有小的鹽包，胡椒粉包，各種咖啡、茶包，小牛奶等，周邊餐廳超市都有，很方便

酒店的宣傳標題有誤導性，預訂之前看到此酒店標註“可付費攜帶寵物”立馬開心的預訂了5人套房，結果呢，衹有特定雙人房可以攜帶寵物。跟酒店協商更換或是取消，人家就衹説一句，不退錢取消無法更換。沒有辦法，五個人，住了一間6人套房加一間可寵雙人房。幸好訂房網站很負責的幫我們協商了第二間可寵房半價，點個贊。其實酒店的環境不錯，設施也很新。旁邊是小學，週一到週五會很吵

酒店位於火車站旁邊，坐火車到時中心NZD6，一共有八個站大約30分鐘。酒店附近環境寧靜並提供停車場泊車每天NZD15。整體可以，缺點是隔音差樓上的步行腳步聲很清晰，尤其是早上，會影響睡眠質素

Very impressed with the staff services, cleanliness and full options apartment, and it’s location. The construction nearby and guest in the room upstairs make some noises, hope it will be only temporary interruptions. Smoking areas can be the small vegetable areas such as tomato, chilli, origano, etc. (mint already in place).

酒店挺新的，房間非常大，有廚房。服務人員很好，幫我打印了文件是免費的。門口就是火車站，坐火車可以到奧克蘭的市中心，車票大概是三塊多。院子裡可以免費停車。很好，以後來還可以住。唯一有一點點小疑問，這在紐西蘭也是很常見的問題，旅館的房間非常大，但是床非常小，歐洲式的單人床大概衹有0.8米寬，這麼大的屋子，為什麼不買兩張大點的單人床呢？

第二次入住了，這次出現小插曲就是廚房連續兩天發現疑似小強，但好在訂房網站客服及時處理換了房間，酒店前台態度不是很好，我們大包小包的搬行李換房間，結果下午做飯時候又發現換好的房間電磁爐壞了，感覺一天啥事沒幹一直在換房間，還好是在訂房網站上定的遇到問題直接解決，客服很好👍

Like the name the room is very spacious, kitchen well equipped, laundry facilities are very convenient, stuff very nice and helpful, location is not in city center but just by the train station, not too bad, with a car would be much easier, we would absolutely come back!
