還不錯 飯店有黃色巴士 一趟8元 每天都有很多班次很方便 因為隔天一早就要回台灣所以才選擇這家飯店 比較可惜的是飯店的游泳池好像下雨就不會開放 也很小

位置離機場不遠,大部分時間有來回機場和酒店的中巴專車，具體時間段在大堂有時間表。買票在自助機完成，而且有中文選項。8元/人

房間住著挺舒服，但是朝向馬路的房間真是是太吵了，門口的路大車小車日夜不停的，吵得我一晚沒睡好；第二天換了朝花園的房間，雖然不吵了但是是一樓，房間潮濕睡得不舒服😞 服務：點名前台** 戴眼鏡的 不適合服務行業 不知道為什麼老闆用這樣的員工做前台 愁眉苦臉 好像欠她錢一樣 沒有服務意識 很冷漠 表情奇怪 🤔

我們在奧克蘭 Naumi 酒店衹停留幾個小時，本來想好好休息一下。酒店設施還行，其他工作人員也都不錯，但前台的服務態度讓人非常失望。 大約中午 12:20 辦理入住時，這位女前台全程黑臉、語氣沖得很，完全沒有基本的禮貌其實就是搞歧視。她辦理完突然提到“提前入住費”，然後又用很不耐煩、刻薄的語氣意思説説她幫我們避免了這個費。全程莫名其妙，給人感覺不是在提供服務，而是在擺臉色、訓客人。 作為酒店的第一印象窗口，前台的態度極差，嚴重影響了入住體驗。即使衹住幾個小時，也讓人感覺被冒犯、不受尊重。體面，但在這裡，反而收穫了不被尊重的體驗。跟澳洲的時候對比可真是太鮮明瞭呵呵。

Stayed in a habitat room on the ground floor. Room was nice, bed was a bit hard. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was a let down, having stayed here twice before 3 years ago. The food was amazing. This time it was terrible. I paid $39 for a lamb rack. It was chewy and not enjoyable at all. Very close to the airport and easy to get an uber rather then the shuttle. Will stay again bit will eat out next time.

Pros: The lobby was nice and breakfast very good. Although the hotel wasn’t at the airport like a couple of others, it was close. Parking was ok, 10 dollars. It might be worth it to save money on taxis by renting a car or use $8 paid shuttle. Cons: the rooms although decorated felt old and dark. There was a humid quality to the room. There didn’t look like there were bedbugs and we checked the beds, but I got bitten up with itchy bites. I did see flying gnat like things in the room. Not sure if those are the bugs that bit. There was no complimentary water like in other hotels.

酒店非常大，所以房間數量十分多，找房間位置時要認真細看標識指示，一不小心就彷彿走進迷宮。房間環境不錯，而且有陽台可使用。

We love this place. Unique little touches that make it special. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent quality linen and decent big towels. The bath in Oasis room was luxury - just needed some bubble bath or salts to make it A+. Restaurant is lovely and breakfast buffet was delicious and included in our room rate. Thanks so much we will be back again. Thank you for letting us upgrade to late checkout. Close to airport and easy to get to.

퀸스타운에서 오클랜드로 넘어와 바로 다음날 비행이라 근처에 있는 에어포트 호텔에서 잤는데요 에어포트 호텔 답게 공항 버스가 호텔 로비로 픽업을 오는것이 너무너무 좋았습니다
