Staff were very friendly, room was exactly like it looked in photos however I had to wash the dishes before I used them as they didn’t look very clean and I booked a snug room which the room and amenities in it were all that was required and happy with the room itself ….however it was right beside the stairs and entrance door to all the rooms so could hear every person coming and going at any hour with the main door slamming and people walking up and talking on the stairs, the upstairs water running - no sound proofing so not a peaceful sleep that’s for sure. Very close walking distance to supermarket and a couple of eateries so that was helpful. Well priced and handy to motorway.

The location is excellent and the free parking makes our stay more comfortable. The room is big and it has small cooking facility which makes us to cook simple meals conveniently. The staffs are very friendly and response very well. Woolworth and Taiping chinese groceries are nearby. We will definitely come back next time when I visit Auckland again

There is not much hotel service provided. We’ve to walk stairs to reach our room. It is not suitable for elderly people.
