We really enjoyed our stay, we got a deluxe room, the view is amazingand great. The room is comfy and nice, however the pillow is very soft and the bed is a combined two single beds to be queen bed. Overall the stay is nice, was pleased.

I booked this hotel because it was one of the most affordable ones on the island. I caught a public bus to get there and had a comfortable stay with a great view. The reception asked me for credit card details after I booked the hotel via email, and I declined to give it to them. I said they could cancel my booking if it was a problem, yet the booking remained, and it didn't seem to be a problem.

部屋にはキッチンやソファーがあり快適に過ごす事ができました。どの部屋かにもよりますが外の眺めが絶景でした。バス停からは少し歩きますが場所も分かりやすかったです。深夜に著いたのでセルフチェックインでしたがポストに入っていてスムーズに出來ました。ポストにセキュリティーがかかってない事のみ少し心配でしたがその他はとても満足でした！

We had an enjoyable stay. One issue was the mattress was uncomfortable, and we felt like it needed to be replaced.

房型非常好，面朝大海，陽台的設定非常驚喜，有冰箱和簡單的做飯工具，性價比非常高，衹是可能紐西蘭人下班比較早，辦理入住的時候找不到人😅，不過房間鑰匙已經放在前台的信箱，建議酒店給晚到的客人，發郵件告知房間鑰匙的存放處。

Waiheke Island Resort is beautifully situated and only a short walk from the public bus, as well as from Palm Beach. The team were great and very helpful. Bring in a separate unit several flights of outside steps away from reception was tricky in the inclement weather. It was also disappointing that the restaurant was not open on Sunday and that the spa bath didn’t work properly. Nevertheless, the accommodation was clean, well equipped and reasonably priced. I would stay there again and hood god better weather?
