This motel will show you the stickers and awards that it has won in the past, but that was under the old management, the current management is clearly not the same. Firstly, it explicitly states on their amenities that they provide AIRPORT PICK-UP SERVICE and AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICE. I called them from Auckland airport about my arrival and they claimed that they don't provide either services. When I made my own way to the motel and showed them this information, they insist that the details on 訂房網站 was wrong. Secondly, the person behind the helpdesk counter is always out the door by 4:30pm, even though the sign on the door says "9AM to 7PM". You have to call a couple of numbers, if you don't have a local phone then you won't get any support. Finally, when checking out on a Sunday morning, there was no one there at all. The motel claimed that it can't come to the helpdesk and that all guests need to drop their cards in the box and find their own way to the airport or other places. The location is okay because it's one bus to Sylvia park shopping mall, but it's far from everything else. You will need 2 buses to get to the airport.
