床還沒使用就有頭髮在上面。和前台説換床單，一開始説沒有人換，後來前台找來了一個服務員一起來換。周邊出來的衞生比較差，很多垃圾。

房間寬敞就是有點冷，如果空調能用就好了，窗戶有點漏風，附近有個中國小吃能解決溫飽，但不夠新鮮，腸胃不好慎吃！

Wir haben hier die Nacht nach der Ankunft in Auckland verbracht. Sauber, gut ausgestattet, abwechslungsreiches und gutes Frühstück-Buffet. Das ganze in einem modernen und gepflegten Ambiente. In der Umgebung sind ein paar weitere einfache Restaurants und ein Freizeitpark, die Anlage ist autofreundlich gestaltet. Das Personal war super nett und zuvorkommend. Auch das Abendessen war gut und dabei gar nicht teuer. Wir hatten die Burger mit dem roten Hauswein (Bier hätte es auch gegeben), die Kinder Lamm-Tacos und Pommes. Können wir für alle, die in der Nähe des Flughafens eine Unterkunft benötigen, mit bestem Gewissen empfehlen, und würden wir auch selbst wieder buchen.

Well done. Exceedingly well trained staff. From the moment of checking in, fantastic restaurant service, great breakfast, convenient parking. A special mention to the reception staff, wonderful attentive service, including checking in with us in our room on the second day that all was well with our stay. Well done!
