這個酒店挺新的，酒店目前沒有早餐，需要出去吃，不過周邊有咖啡館，還是比較方便的，周邊吃飯也還可以，有火鍋，哈哈哈，不在市中心，我們是過來出差的，所以倒也無所謂

Encountered some difficulties during check-in. The receptionist claimed that 訂房網站 did not make payment to the hotel and requested me to leave credit details to make the payment. Eventually, the receptionist managed to reach 訂房網站 CS and just requested me to register credit card details and pay NZD150 deposit which is already exceeded the room price. I am quite disappointed that in the page of reservation, it did not mentioned any deposit is required statement.

location is super good. i always book this for my colleagues travelling to Auckland because this is so close to our office. their service is very prompt, often when you send email to them they will reply you very quickly. new and clean. our usual business 訂房網站 hotel.

Nice and clean room, just a bit small. Convenient to train station. Ellerslie town is a bit small. Good to have transport to find better eats. Enjoyed our 4 nights stay

酒店離機場17公里，不被繞路的話打車30多紐幣，機場門口的出租車比較坑人，最好是打當地的網約車。酒店位於一處商務區內，很安靜，一早能看到上班的人，到下午就衹有就近的2家晚餐廳開門，餐廳菜品不錯，順便就在這裡請客戶吃飯啦。酒店房間內設施齊全，超喜歡帶烘乾的毛巾架，洗衣服完全沒有壓力。酒店沒有早餐，出門右拐走幾分鐘就有三家早餐店，圖片裡貢獻的一家，咖啡味道很贊。友情提醒，酒店晚8點關門，需刷房卡才能進，如果到達時間比較晚，要提前打電話聯繫酒店辦理入住的人員；規定的退房時間是10點，商量一下可以延至11點。另外，有原計劃一起出行的同事，因不知道加拿大護照到紐西蘭也要辦簽證，沒能成行；好在訂房時買了房費保險，希望報案後理賠順利。

We stayed for a concert, the location was great. The desk closed at midnight, the concert ended after that. When we returned we discovered there was no remote control for the tv and the ac was off. The ac turned off several times during the night and as there was no one at the desk , nothing could be resolved until the morning. Overall, it is a clean, well situated hotel.
