The bed sheet was only cover by one flat sheet. We waited an hour for our room since our room wasn't ready. We are at the hotel by 4:06pm. Also after we got the email that our room was ready, when we picked up our key they asked the question about room which can tells that the room we booked was not ready. No apologies for long wait, it's not like we get extra hour for check out. The souvenir store in the lobby called "core", wasn't friendly and have to wait for check out even there is no line and cashier right front of the register.

Will never come back. Customer service is just horrendous . Rude employees . Shopping non existent - went to shop with my wife on Saturday night , 9pm- every store was closed ! Upon our arrival , whilst checking in was “greeted” my two professional woman , one with out Panties , the other fall down drunk .
While ******** - I asked pit boss for my players card , was told “ am a little too busy right now “ .
In room dining - ordered two bagels , Sunday morning - two hours later , was told “no record of order “ Stayed in “suite”, room had no robes , or towels . Requested robes - still waiting
Saturday night dinner at their steak house , while walking to our table , walked past table of men , shirtless.
Needless to say , this will be our one and only visit to this “resort “.

Beautiful and LARGE hotel. Reminds me of Vegas! A bit of a confusing layout but after 2 days you will figure it out. Would stay again.

Best views 45th floor only problem it was a handicap accessible room and the shower was open to the toilet
