住宿體驗非常差！首先，屋子還算整潔，但整棟樓裝修，有巨大的甲醛味。過道更是如此！其次，我們在check-in的時候，前台把我的名字看錯了，把原本應該留給別人的房間留給了我，而我的房間不知所蹤，這一點當時我們毫不清楚。於是乎，晚上十點的時候，我和朋友都已經休息了，但居然有人用房卡打開了我們的門！對方説了一句裡面怎麼有人後，就退出去了。我和我的朋友都徹底驚到了，我的朋友甚至從鏡子裡看到了來的人。我覺得這完全不可接受。過了大概二十分鐘，有自稱安保部門的人過來敲門，詢問我們的房間有沒有人居住。在得到肯定答覆後他就走了，並説會將結果上報（當然我並不知道他上報了沒有）。因為晚上有容祖兒的演唱會，在看完演唱會後已經凌晨四點左右了，這時我們回房休息，發現我們的卡已經無法使用，於是前去找前台，希望能幫我們重新開卡，多花了我們近四十分鐘。這時候在他們系統裡面查到，寫有我名字的原定房間已經被取消，我住的卻是留給別人的房間。當別人抵達酒店開始check-in時，前台搞不清楚他們為什麼沒有房卡，就重新activate了兩張，我的房卡就自動失效了。簡直離嗮譜。酒店後來解釋到，並不清楚是誰住在這個被別人預留了的房間，但我其實想問一下，第一，check-in的時候我有給看ID，為什麼當時會check錯，導致別人在我們熟睡時直接刷卡亮綠燈進入我們房間？第二，已經知道把別人預留的房間給了我們，為什麼當時不可以查一下弄清楚，或者打電話過來問我們是什麼情況？這個酒店前台的經理其實服務態度都還算可以。但如果check錯我房間和又重新給別人activate房間的前台是兩個人，説明至少兩個人不懂怎麼進行正確和準確的checkin、checkout步驟，酒店應該反思對前台的培訓有沒有出問題。現在衹後悔當時沒有馬上報警（當時真的太累了所以休息比較早，身心俱疲，而且知道對方也是普通來看演唱會的廣東歌迷，就沒有繼續追究）。

免費泳池實在太差，另外的付費(成人)泳池便要10刀一人。其餘的還好。有Gordon Ramsay餐廳，很可惜我們去的那天沒有開。入住時要付一筆費用，包括停車費。

You would think Harrah's was a motel. Actually, a motel might be cleaner. My room was disgusting. **** on the table, dirty, stained bed sheets and soiled carpet. Went to complain, and the front didn't even apologize. They asked if I wanted it cleaned or another room. SMH In the second room, bed sheets weren't new. When we pulled it off, we found socks. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND IT. steer clear, for a younger crowd that wants a pool party. Harrah's money goes to security instead of a cleaning crew and updates.

This use to be one of the best hotel in Atlanta city when it first open but over the years, it’s very out dated but they did keep it in good condition. It’s a bit dirty due to aging but not so bad. The price is very reasonable and that’s the main reason we booked here. The employees are very friendly. On big thing I dislike is the strong smell of smokes from cigarettes and ********** all over the hotel even in non smoking rooms and worst when walking in the lobby especially in the ******. My cloths and body all smell of it. Don’t recommend to go if you are non smokers and kids.

I recently stayed at Harrah’s ****** and Hotel in Atlantic City and had a generally positive experience, though there were a few notable drawbacks. The room was clean, and the hotel’s location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions, which was a big plus. Additionally, their poker room was a highlight, offering a good selection of games that were enjoyable and well-organized. I even won some money playing poker, which made the experience even better. However, there were a couple of issues that impacted my stay. The most concerning was a hole in the desk that extended into the wall. This odd defect also led to poor sound insulation, making it easy to hear my neighbors talking day and night, which was quite annoying. Despite these problems, I would consider staying at Harrah’s again, especially if they fix the hole in the wall. Overall, it’s a decent choice, particularly for those interested in their poker offerings.

This is absolutely misleading it’s not $38 it’s double that with the taxes and the resorts fees. Total cost is $77 with this crappy hotel. It’s not worth. The resorts fees are a scam, none of the pools open and the free Wi-Fi service is a joke. It disconnected you and when you try to reconnect, it says you have to pay for it because you have reached the free 2 devices limit. The hotel is dirty, dusty and smells like someone just smoked in it. The bed sheets are old with holes on it on both bed sheets. It’s terrible stay and I do not recommend this hotel even if its for free.
