The reception team was amazing—special thanks to Nessa and her colleagues, who were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They also kindly arranged an early check-in, which I really appreciated. The hotel is conveniently located, with a subway station nearby, and it's quite central. But at night homeless people sleep in the area, so I tried not to walk at night. I stayed for four nights, but housekeeping never cleaned my room. I also want to clarify that I did not have the "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door at any point. They do not provide slippers.

I booked this room for my in-laws as a place to stay near Emory the night before treatment. They had nothing but amazing things to say about this hotel & the staff the encountered while there. It was clean and comfortable. The accommodations exceeded our expectations!
