Midtown is a great location... The hotel service was horrific and they did not carry basic amenities such as a.pool and a simple microwave... The staff replies to calls but do not follow through with the requests. We waited for towels for 2 days, sheets for 24 hours. The barman was great and the food fairly decent. Staff also tempers with the doors while the room is occupied. That was uncomfortable.

Loved the room set up but a little old... The bar tender was awesome! Service waa AWFUL... It was a nightmare just requesting towels or sheets. We loved the food and location. The pool was closed, what a bummer and false advertisement... Disappointed!
