Me quedé una noche en el hotel, muy cerca de la estación Peachtree Center. El personal del hotel muy amable y una habitación bonita y una cama muy cómoda. Fui al gimnasio pero muchas de las maquinás estaban dañadas o faltaban bastantes mancuernas. Servicio de consigna de equipaje muy bueno.

Courtland Grand hotel is a profit at all costs company. I booked a hotel stay there as a 19 year old, for 250USD, arrived in Atlanta at night and went to the hotel to get rejected and had to urgently find somewhere to stay while in Atlanta in the evening time. Hidden in their policies page it says only 21 and older can check in, and no refunds no matter what. So this hotel stole 250USD from me and left a 19 year old roaming the streets at night trying to find a place to stay. I've attempted to get a refund but they don't care if I attempted to stay and was turned away, they charged the full amount anyway.

I recently stayed at the Courtland Grand Hotel during a conference in Atlanta. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of downtown, with easy access to major venues and public transportation. The lobby is spacious and has a classic charm, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating during check-in. However, there were a few areas where the experience fell short. The room was clean but felt dated, and the room lights are not enough to light up the room. Housekeeping was inconsistent—some days everything was well-stocked, while on others, they will clean room while you are inside. The elevators also seemed slow, especially during peak hours. Destination fee failed to collect upon check-in. I received a letter on the door of the unit and you cannot enter the room without paying on it. Need to ask for the complimentary bottle water, never been provided upon check-in also the same for the dental kit. Overall, it’s a decent choice if you’re attending an event nearby and looking for a central location, but there’s room for improvement in amenities and room updates.

Personeel bij incheck Balie niet echt vrolijk bij ontvangst. Mag ook een upgrade krijgen een magere 5 op zijn plaats. Er wordt van alles geregeld in hotel. Verjaardag tot bijeenkomst van alle culturen die doorgangen belemmeren. Lijkt wel een kleine markt in het hotel.

房間還不錯，就是管理不是很好，房間沒有每天打掃，而且瓶裝水都不給，房間電話打給前台直接沒人接。最可怕的是有個好像*******流浪漢從酒店的後面進入游泳池，我們剛好帶孩子在泳池玩，酒店20分鐘左右才把流浪漢找到趕出去，萬一沖上了客房就麻煩了，就是感覺安保不是很到位，酒店管理有漏洞，對這次的入住不是很滿意，代客泊車，45刀一晚的收費，比旁邊的停車場貴一倍多，但是整個酒店就是這個代客泊車的服務稍微好一點，酒店附近的流浪漢比較多，路邊都是尿味….

I booked the hotel due to it's proximity to the NCAAF championship game. I booked the room for 3 people but towels were only for 2. The room service request by telephone was not successful...no one answered after 5 minutes of ringing. I went to the concierge for towels and they handed them to me and told me to take them to the room. Then the toilet got plugged and it took two 訂房網站s to the main desk and 5 hours to get the toilet unplugged. If you like the location..great...if you need service you will want to visit another hotel.

服務員很熱情，位置離著會展中心走路大概15分鐘，出門向前走，有一箇中餐餐廳和商場，地鐵站，吃飯交通比較方便。早餐很豐盛，房間比較寬敞。性價比高
