First thing is that the staff member is very rude. The second thing is that I booked the room for two nights my booking was at 12 o'clock but they don't give me room key and I was outside the hotel on the road for five hours on night time, They gave me the hotel key 5AM, the next day they asked me for more money to stay, then I left the hotel at the same time.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this was the worst hostel experience I’ve had so far. Do not recommend for female solo travellers!! Dodgy neighbourhood where I didn’t feel comfortable at night. Hostel smells like an ash tray. Old men around fifty live in the dorm rooms fulltime. One guy was cooking soup on a bunzen burner when i arrived. I wanted to change rooms do that there would be at least one female person or younger people, but there was no such room. I couldn’t sleep at night because I felt really uncomfortable with the people around me.

Artemis checked us in and was most helpful, as was all the other staff Thank you.
Its a simple hotel in a good location close to Metro, also has an restaurant facility downstairs
Air con worked well, thought I think the filters need cleaning which is general maintenance.
Keep up the good customer services!
