德爾福藝術酒店 (Delphi Art Hotel)

Nice clean room. Super love the balcony because it comes with a beautiful sunrise view. Walking distance from Omonoia station and easily walkable to a number of places. Good location.

立地はオモニア駅から３分ほどでとても便利です。駅前には美味しいパン屋さんがあり、晝食や夕食で使えるのは良いと思います。アメニティやサービスは普通ですが朝食はこの料金のホテルでは評価５をもらえると思います。

That hotel can easily be the best hotel in the area if they paid more attention to the renovation issue.. The place is well located and nice old classic design.. Staff are very helpful and breakfast was ok too.. They can't be blamed about few homeless people around as it's like that everywhere around that area.

Fantastic location, clean rooms, nice morning breakfast. Very good price. Happily I'll be back staying in this hotel.

When we arrived at the hotel yesterday the hotel informed us they were fully booked and moved us to The Breeze Hotel as an upgrade….. We were kept awake til 3am last night by very noisy students partying - shouting; chanting; slamming doors etc. We had a loud wake up call at 6:30am - wrong room and have been woken up at 11:30pm again tonight by another very loud and noisy school group - chairs and tables scraping across floors, music, clapping, loud laughter and chatter. We’ve been told there are another 3 groups arriving tomorrow. We didn’t have our room done today - bins not emptied despite being told not to flush, no clean cups or provisions updated and there was no toilet roll on arrival. We found a large lump of glass on the carpet. Traffic noise, horns and sirens are constant. There was no power for most of the day so no showers or hot drinks available. We are now also having to endure loud thumps on the ceiling. We didn’t choose to stay here, we were not given any information about it and we were not even told until we’d walked from the metro station with our luggage in hot temperature, and had been travelling for 10 hours with no sleep since the night before. This is beyond unacceptable and we would like recompensing for what has ruined our long awaited and eagerly anticipated break away to celebrate my Birthday. We will not be recommending yourselves or this Hotel to anyone if this situation is not addressed and resolved satisfactorily and with expediency. I sent you a message on your chat website on March 12th, on the 2nd evening…. You have not responded as to why we were not able to stay at the Delphi Art hotel?

Last few years the breakfast was very good. This year poor quality and few items available. Many problems with room and only a few were fixed. Reception staff very helpful and nice.
