The rooms are basic. The bed sheets were actually clean as well as towels and smelled good. But the hotel needs a little renovation. The white walls did not look white. there were many corners on the floor that looked cracked. A little cleaning of the elevators are needed. I would rate this hotel as 3. Seems to be a popular hotel for tourists as there were many people. The location is very close to the metro Omonia but the area is not nice. A lot of homeless on the streets and area looks dirty. There was a small supermarket close to the Omonia metro. I think the main good thing was the selection of food for the breakfast. They had many choices. The service at the counter was nice.

Breakfast was very good with many varieties. However the fried mushroom and beacon were very salty. We were assigned of room no 111, which was on the 1st room on a platform where the airconditioner compressors were housing. That means we need to tolerate the noise and vibration. We understand that some hotel operators will assign the worst rooms to Asians because they rarely complaint. Honestly, we did not feel well with the room given and will never come back to this hotel.

К сожалению , мы проживали в этом отеле в другое время , чем бронировала! Я ошиблась Месяцем, а потом писала и в отель, и службу бронирования, но мне не помогли, деньги не вернули, и я заплатила дважды! Сам отель средненький , но учитывая соотношение цены и качества в своем диапазоне. Вернуться не хочется, а сам город ужасно грязный …☹️

Das Hotel liegt fussläufig nur cs. 500 von der zentralen Metrostation Omoniaplatz entfernt, aber in einem recht heruntergekommenen Viertel. Das Hotel selbst ist relativ neu renoviert und bietet ein gutes vielfältiges Frühstüück, sowie grosse Zimmer auch mit zwei Doppelbetten und grosser Glasdusche. Nicht zu verstehen ist allerdings dass sich die Elemente des Laminatbodens bewegen lassen (zu kurz abgeschnitten) und dieser Zustand so belassen wird. Auch ihat sich in der tollen Dusche Schimmel gebildet, der deutlich zu riechen ist. Beide Mängel sind einfach zu beheben. Warum passiert dss nicht, bevor der Zustand schlimmer wird? Hier ist das Hotelmanagement und Maintenance gefragt.

Wird sind zum dritten Mal hier, diesmal sind wir sehr enttäuscht. Normalerweise ist das Hotel schön, perfekt gelegen. Schick und große Zimmer. Abgesehen das die Preise gestiegen sind und alles etwas teuerer geworden ist …. -Service in der Küche unfreundlich, kein Lächeln kein Begrüßung( Ansichtssache) - Zimmer Reinigung jeden Tag unregelmäßig sauber, entweder es fehlen Tücher, Zahnbürsten, Bademantel, dreckige Bezüge und Dusche wurde paar Tage gar nicht gereinigt. Möbel, Türen und Wände verdreckt. Leider ist die Erwartung für das Hotel hoch und für den Preis pro. Nacht 90€ Reinigung einfach katastrophal, trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung Nicht komplett ausgeführt. Wir empfehlen das Hotel nicht !
