The hotel was placed on a grate location but the hygiene and cleaning services was far from good, face towel dirty and sheets unchanged and staff honestly not very caring when informed about the issue.

The location of this property is excellent, very close to the metro station and within easy walking distance of many major attractions. The room was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully equipped with most of the amenities I needed during my stay.

The location was less convenient than I had expected. On the positive side, the room itself was clean and spacious. However, there were several issues that significantly affected my stay. One of the biggest inconveniences was that there was no staff member available at the front desk at all times. For international travelers, many of whom rely on SIM cards and may not have access to regular phone service, calling a standard phone number to receive instructions on how to access and use the hotel is not a welcoming or convenient way to accommodate guests. If communication is required before entering the hotel, there should be a staff member available on-site, particularly in the lobby, to assist guests when needed. The hotel is located on the third floor and requires elevator access. However, the intermediate floors were extremely dark, which made the experience quite uncomfortable, especially later in the day. When the elevator was unavailable, I had to use the stairs, and walking through such a dark stairwell felt genuinely frightening and unsafe. Most importantly, although my room was designated as non-smoking, there was a very strong cigarette smell throughout the room. The smell was so intense that I had difficulty sleeping properly. This was especially disappointing because having a clean, smoke-free room is a basic expectation for a non-smoking accommodation. Overall, while the room itself was clean and spacious, the lack of on-site staff, poor communication, dark stairwell, and strong cigarette odor made my stay much less comfortable than I expected.
