The service was great and helpful, the room was spacious, bright, clean, and tidy. However, the water pipes on the first floor were very noisy, and they even disturbed at night. No bottles water was provided. The location is very close to the metro station, which is very convenient.

Staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was close to a metro station but the area is a bit dodgy. Not an issue for male solo travellers but female travellers may feel better being in a group. Value for money was good although the room is quite small.

這家酒店的房間還是可以的 比較寬敞而且空間大，該有的都有提供，就是酒店所在的位置不是那麼安全，周邊有好幾家中餐館。倒是可以滿足吃飯的問題

駅にも近いし、事前の連絡、フロントデスクの対応も申し分ない。 強いて言うならば、水が飲めるのか書いてあると嬉しい。あと、エレベーターは日本にはないと思いスタイル。

Satisified with our staying here for 2 days. Then we decided to stay one more day here in Hotwl Tier. The hotel is only 3 mins walk from the metro station. Our room is clean with proper size. Everything matchs our expedation. It is all quiet at night during my 3 days staying. The most pleasant thing js the 2 staffs Sara and Georgia are super friendly and helpful.
