埃爾馬斯現代生活公寓 (Ermass Modern Living Apartments)

酒店新，房間不算小，設備齊（有電磁爐、微波爐、咖啡膠囊機、燒水壺）。樓裡還有一個洗衣機，使用一次3歐。 衞生做的挺好。位置很好，離地鐵站幾分鐘走路，去景點和機場火車站都有地鐵可到。 至於很多人説的周邊治安不好有流浪漢。在歐洲大城市，住在市中心是避免不了這個問題的，或者住遠點，或者忍受一下。 酒店進去大門也要刷卡，24小時前台還是安全的。

從性價比角度講，這是雅典最好的酒店！500元左右/晚的價位，遠比衞城腳下1500元/晚的酒店強多了，我説的是人民幣。有前台，方便入住。房間乾淨，設施齊全，還有廚具餐具，讓人沒有想到。位置好，北去國立博物館5分鐘，南下協和廣場5分鐘，憲法廣場20分鐘，衞城30分鐘，我説的是步行。附近有超市、麵包店、咖啡館和餐廳。建議來雅典旅行的中國人，就選擇這家酒店。

前台小哥Thanes非常nice，幫我迅速入住。房間乾淨整潔、安靜。度過了愉快的兩個晚上，非常感謝😊

很棒的入住體驗！前台服務態度很好很熱情，每個都很棒，房間很舒服乾淨，設施設備齊全，也很安靜，公寓位置就在衞城一公里範圍內，中心的中心，省去了交通費和時間成本，下次去還住那裡。

We loved it. Fabulous apartment/hotel room with everything we wanted including the well equipped mini kitchen. All the staff were friendly and helpful too. Location was great, within easy reach of the metro station and walking distance to central Athens. Will definitely book again!

公寓本身是不錯的，住的也挺舒服。離地鐵站也是步行距離，交通也方便。但這一區的確是有點破敗，感覺不是很安全的樣子，很多攻略不建議遊客入住也是有道理的。

房間很好，乾淨衞生都很到位，佈置和空間充足，非常舒適。管理員服務和態度都很好。酒店離主要景點和購物都不遠，步行都可以，很方便。這次入住很滿意。贊👍

Many shops near the hotel were closed, littered with trash, and filled with homeless people, which was a bit scary. However, the hotel was very nice, and there was a rooftop with plenty of fresh air. There was also a delicious bakery next to the station, where we ate there two days!

Disappointing. Their website was promising so we booked it despite some negative reviews. However, they advertise facilities such as sauna and gym online BUT were “under renovation”. Why not mention it online or to guests. We had to prompt them for them to mention this. Later realised they only have a little sign that demonstrates this hidden next to the door, not noticeable at all.   We changed rooms THREE times and there were still issues.  - found dried blood on bed sheets and bed frame in first room, this should never happen  - Both of us found roaches on pillows (we didn’t bring them here. Other reviews Experienced the same) - Found same bug in the second room (I can be fair and say maybe we brought it while moving rooms but unlikely)  - AC in first two rooms didn’t even blow out cold wind across the room to the bed. Need I emphasise it was a HOT day up to 40 degrees?  - Changed rooms one last time, the layout meant the closet door doesn’t open fully and within two minutes we found a shard of glass on the floor… that’s when we accepted defeat.  - after seeing three rooms I’d say their rooms are not standardised in terms of amnesties. Only one room had slippers, and only one room’s aircon was acceptable.  - There is also no nice food around, and food delivery takes an hour if not more with so many delays all the time (maybe it’s the heat who knows)  - many reviews mention unsafe environment, and you really have to see it to believe it, felt unsafe even though we never went out after sunset.  I will say the silver lining was the rooftop area, while a little dirty it is still quite pleasant at sunset. The staff are professional with handling the complaints and polite (shout out to Chris) , it’s just the rooms are not up to standard and while I appreciate their attempts to rectify the situation, it just didn’t seem like there was any feasible solution to offer. We ultimately left after 2 nights to take the next available
