La Divina is an absolute gem within walking distance to the main attractions and sights of Athens while remaining relatively hidden behind a cafe of the walking street. The hotel is also facing a small quiet garden which acts as a noise barrier against the fanfare of nearby restaurants and bars. Located within Thissio district, this hotel is situated in a very safe and convenient area for access to the best restaurants and bars. The hotel is also well kept and boasts modern fittings such as marble toilets and rain showers. The breakfast option can be underwhelming but guests are within walking distance to many alternative options. For guests that are sensitive to noise, the soundproofing from neighbouring guests might be an issue (though expected from a historic building repurposed into a hotel), but this was a minor setback given the price and value provided by La Divina.
