This hotel had an opportunity to make our stay amazing but decided that we didn't matter ,but I expected the Air Conditioning to work as it supposed to!!! We promised upon checking in that the ac was working properly and it needs time to cool down ,well 2 days later it never got any better, the food was decent but overpriced the hotel is a 50.00 dollar taxi ride from the train station and the downtown area as well. So to say that our experience was less than expected is an understatement. So be careful booking here it's a shame that the hotel did not follow through on their promises but I blame the Management team for that and the service was very under staffed so that explains the slow service and poor customer service. The location is not good. Very far from city and metro.they have a shuttle between dedicated hours which is free Non dedicated hours I needed to visit metro which they said no. We asked for regular water on bottle which was refused The lobby and cafeteria is new rooms are old View is not good Very good to skip
