Upon my arrival and into my room. I had gone to take a shower and had absolutely no hot water, and then when I tried to use the heater in the room that also didn't work and wasn't in working condition lastly the sink was also clogged. I had informed staff of all these issues and they had came up to see for themselves on all the issues . However they offered that they could do a different room at the time and I was already running late so was only in the room for roughly 20 mins. I showed up to my room needed to shower before I had to go get a friend and couldn't even get into a hot shower , couldn't even use a heater , nor even a full function sink. But the next day the staff told me they would be calling me back and still haven't done so. I again reached back out to them about the complimentary stay or reimbursement they had said would be offered asking the status of it and then they attempted debating that offer to me trying to back track it. Long story short they have been very difficult with this whole thing when really it's their fault in this whole issue . I've had to explain and debate with the staff numerous times now cause their tryin to defend not doing anything in attempt to make up for the issue
