Having stayed in the Netherlands many times over the years, it’s easy to say this was by far my favourite stay - wonderful hotel, perfect location in Arnhem and great food and service - Highly recommended

Hotel location is good as it is near the train station and the size of the room is ok. However, the service of the hotel is one of the worst I have ever encountered. They delay the check-in time as the time for housekeeping of the room overrun. The reception take it for granted for everyone to wait at the lobby for the room to be ready although it has past the check-in time at 3pm. The housekeeping is not done well too, they do not re-fill the soap provided in the room and not even after a few days. I will need to remove the bottle and write a note for them to do what is necessary. The reception is only there to do what is necessary and they will just brush you off if you have any other request. Even on the last day when I check out of the hotel, the reception did not check that the hotel has already been paid through 訂房網站.com and charged the room into my card with informing me. After I realize the extra charges, I called the hotel and the only answer given is to email them and did not even bother to check the details during the call. After email and a few calls, there is still not response on the double charges. It was only resolved after contacting 訂房網站.com. Overall bad service, bad attitude from the employee.

清掃がイマイチ。ヒーターの上に前のお客様のタオルがかかったまま。埃がテーブル見える。備え付けのエスプレッソマシーンは掃除していないので詰まってコーヒーが出てこない。6個あったコーヒー全部出なかった。チェックイン中受付は人によるがバイトみたいな適當な人に當たり、名前を伝えたが、予約はないですと言われておしまい。下の名前を伝えたら予約を見つけられた。お客様の數が多い割にレセプションに人が1人しかいないことが多く、対応が間に合っていない。高級店のつもりでいるようだが、ビジネスホテル。

Goed ontvangen door de nachtportier en een receptioniste, Tot aan de kamer is het hotel goed verzorgt. Eenmaal op de kamer lijkt het wel de jaren 80. Schimmel in de badkamer, meubel in de badkamer hangt te laag. Geboekt een tweepersoonsbed en wij kregen, twee eenpersoonsbedden met een dunne topping. Mijn vrouw werd met rugpijn wakker. Koffie op de kamer was echt onder de maat. Overal lag stof. Hygiëne was 5-sterren niet waardig. Volgende keer toch een ander hotel kiezen.
