大床很舒服，酒店環境很乾凈，比較古老的酒店

停車兩個晚上，前台提供的停車費賬單顯示為93.28， 最後發現信用卡扣款100美元，不知是什麼原因？ 前台也沒任何説明或解釋.

Very close to the airport. Very good location with metro station nearby

Was in town for 2 concerts one friday night and the other all day sat. Check in was smooth due to reservations. Rooms were clean as well as hotel in general. I e stayed there before in march 23 so I knew what to expect.

設施老舊，房間基本什麼都沒有

Close to DCA airport, but rooms were very messy we had ask them to Change our few minutes after Checked in.. Bed sheet was Old looked like it was already used by someone else, ekk, Used towels were on the floor in bathroom.. upon complaining they offered free Breakfast which was already included in our booking, this is bad for a hotel chain like IHG.. breakfast were just Abt Average... They need to improve a lot of things at this Hotel..

正直立地以外は全て悪かったです。フロントの方の対応も悪く、部屋も古い。水回り（水垢）も殘っていて、更に枕からは臭いが。シーツ類を変えていないのでしょうか？こんなことは初めてです。二度と泊まりたくありません。

Our hotel had a pipe leak, so we were moved to another hotel in the same brand. It’s farther from the train station but offers convenient airport transfers. Staff handled the situation well.

Good location 10min to airport, clean, lots of restaurants near by and a whole foods just across the street.

We made a reservation at Crowne Plaza Crystal City for 6 nights (March 23–29). Upon arrival, we were unexpectedly told that we had to move to another hotel, Holiday Inn National Airport, without any clear or reasonable explanation. This was extremely unacceptable, especially for a confirmed reservation. We requested to return to Crowne Plaza as soon as possible due to the inconvenience it caused to our travel plans. However, the staff refused to provide any proper solution. We were told to speak with the manager, yet the manager never came to speak with us directly. Instead, messages were relayed through staff that returning was “not possible.” This level of service is highly unprofessional and disrespectful. Additionally, the laundry facilities were completely inadequate. The machines do not accept card payments, and there was absolutely no signage informing guests. We wasted over 30 minutes trying multiple cards before contacting the front desk, where staff admitted they were already aware of the issue. We were then told to walk around nearby shops to exchange coins. After another 30 minutes, none of the shops were able to help. This reflects a complete lack of preparation and consideration for guests. Overall, this experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic service standards is unacceptable. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
