Good hotel, as far as the city location is concerned, serves all the need, spacious

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at the Crowne Plaza Suites Arlington! Everyone was extremely nice and the room was very clean and exactly as described!

The staff was excellent. Our room was beautiful and had a separate seating/work area. Beds were very comfortable. The location was great - easy access to freeways, shopping, six flags…. Loved the atrium. I’d stay again and highly recommend.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel. When I checked in, the receptionist told me that breakfast was included because I had already paid for it when I booked my room. However, the next morning when I went to get breakfast, I was told I could not eat breakfast and was even denied a simple orange juice. The food I was trying to get did not even add up to the $16 breakfast charge that I had already paid. I went back to the front desk to explain what happened, and instead of resolving the issue, I was told breakfast service was closed at 11:00 a.m. Since I was unable to receive the breakfast I paid for, I asked for a refund of the $16 breakfast charge and was told no. Charging guests for a service they cannot use and then refusing a refund is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the air conditioning in my room was not working properly. I called the front desk three times requesting assistance, but the issue was not addressed until around 10:00 a.m. the next day, right when we were getting ready to check out. By then, it was too late to be of any benefit. The customer service was very poor, and my concerns were not taken seriously. I paid for services that I did not receive and experienced ongoing issues throughout my stay. I would like a refund and I will not be returning to this hotel.

This hotel is always clean and staff is always helpful. Love coming here
