The hotel is really nice. Inside the room, there are plenty of snacks and drink in the bar area and all of them are free. The place is clean and the staffs are really friendly. They provided Arles map and explained the recommended places to visit.

The hotel was great overall, good location, spacious. However, it is quite old, and there was one night where the whole hotel stopped water supply from 10pm onwards. It was a bit inconvenient.

Magnifique hôtel idéalement situé. La chambre était petite par rapport à x chambres que nous avions réservé lors de précédents séjours. Le lit était un peu petit adapté à la taille de la chambre.Le rapport qualité prix par rapport à la chambre est un peu élevé.

Hotel tres bien placé à proximité du vieux centre. Accès en voiture facile, service voiturier (en option) très pratique. Chambre confortable, personnel accueillant et réactif. Piscine appreciable pour un petit plouf de bon matin.

Great location ! But Getting into Hotel requires climbing up a flight of stairs. I had a couple of heavy luggages but No help offered by hotel staff despite being dropped off in front of them. Not 5 star service.
