Brand-new hotel. I reserved a racetrack-view room, but the room I received at check-in didn’t match the booking. I called the front desk, and they changed it immediately—great and responsive service. The room itself was very clean and well maintained. One thing I didn’t understand was that there was no complimentary bottled water in the room, even though a coffee machine was provided. The rooftop bar has a great view, but the food did not meet expectations. If they’re charging hotel-level prices, the food quality really needs improvement—and soon.
