遺產酒店 (Heritage Hotel)

This hotel definitely does not meet a 4-star rating; at best, it's a 2-star establishment. We stayed for one night, from June 22nd to 23rd, in a deluxe room with breakfast and dinner included. We booked this hotel because of its supposedly good reviews, and the price wasn't cheap either. However, we were shocked by what we found. First, we were taken to a room where it was impossible to breathe due to a strong smell of sewage and mold. The furniture was swollen from moisture, the wardrobe had no doors, and tiles were missing from the balcony edge. After explaining this to the hotel staff, we were offered another room. Initially, it seemed much better – the smell wasn't as strong, and it appeared cleaner. But that was until we went to bed, as it turned out someone had already slept in the bed, indicated by the dirty and wrinkled bedding. After we showed them pictures, the hotel staff changed the bedding. Later, the toilet also started leaking. The food itself was good, but our appetite disappeared once we realized the dishes were dirty, the plates were sticky, the glasses were grimy, and there were many flies crawling on the food. At breakfast, we weren't even offered water or coffee; it seemed this option was only for locals. It appeared there was one level of service for locals and a completely different one for foreign tourists. Upon further investigation of the reviews, we realized that approximately 90% of the positive reviews were from local residents, and the negative ones were from foreign tourists.

優點：淋浴，水很大，半夜水溫都很高； 缺點：設施陳舊；隔音差，一大早被雜音吵醒，像是在做法事，持續吵了一小時...直接退房了...

"Al entrar en este hotel, la amplia y acogedora recepción te da la bienvenida de manera agradable. Sin embargo, al caminar por los pasillos, la atmósfera cambia; son fríos y despojados de decoración, lo que les da un aspecto algo sobrio. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y cuentan con grandes ventanas que ofrecen vistas a los jardines, lo cual es un gran punto a favor. La zona de la piscina es otro aspecto positivo; es muy tranquila y está en excelentes condiciones, ideal para relajarse. En cuanto al desayuno, aunque es amplio y variado con una buena oferta de curry, hay un pequeño inconveniente: el buffet se encuentra en el pasillo del hotel. Esto significa que debes salir constantemente del restaurante para acceder a las opciones del desayuno, lo que puede resultar algo incómodo. Por último, cabe mencionar que en los alrededores no hay muchas opciones. Hay un lago donde puedes pasear, pero si buscas restaurantes o vida nocturna, tendrás que desplazarte hacia la ciudad, que está bastante lejos. En resumen, el hotel tiene mucho potencial gracias a su excelente entrada y habitaciones cómodas, pero podría mejorar en cuanto a la decoración de los pasillos y la conveniencia del desayuno."

房間挺大的，設施陳舊，冰箱不能用，空調噪音大，最大的問題就是沒有被子衹有一個床單，不開空調熱，開了空調冷！晚餐在泳池邊雖然品種不多，但是口味還不錯，有現炒的意麵，早餐相對來説簡約了點

酒店位於阿努拉德普勒，隔著一個大湖可以望見那些美麗的佛塔遺址。酒店的環境還挺漂亮，游泳池也很好。就是自助早餐的供應不太穩定，我倆一連住了4晚，有兩天早餐是自助早餐，有兩天是定食。酒店給出的解釋是因為旅遊大巴離開了，人數太少，所以就不開自助早餐了。也罷，吃吃斯里蘭卡傳統的早餐也蠻有意思的。圖1是我倆吃定食早餐（給的分量超大），圖2、3是自助早餐。

泳池晚餐非常nice，服務員也很友善 酒店在湖邊，出門就是一大片湖，很靜謐

食物要提升一些

乾淨衞生，服務態度好

Отель очень «уставший», от слова совсем. Завтрак очень скромен. Единственный плюс - близкое расположение к комплексу ступ.
