a&o 安特衛普中央 (a&o Antwerpen Centraal)

櫃檯人員把一張下午已經有人入住的床位給了我，還把原本那個房客的物品清理掉，導致他的物品有一些不見了，而且為了這件事情處理了一陣子。而且其他同房的房客也發生了類似的情形。非常不應該發生這種事件。

位置就在車站外，交通便利性來說十分方便 一樓有櫃檯，讓人感覺蠻安心的，櫃檯人員都很親切 想要借放行李的時候，會拿出超大根的行李房鑰匙真的超有趣的😂 乾淨程度來說，check in 時會提供床單被套枕套給客人，看起來都是蠻乾淨的，只是我還沒上床就看到有紙屑，這部分掃潔可能沒有到很精確 但是！廁所很乾淨、明亮、通風，我覺得很不錯 隔音不好，房外的人在走廊講話會聽得很清楚，房間內的浴廁也是，就是水聲會很清楚的那種，所以晚上回房發現大家都關燈在自己的床上就會不好意思洗漱

各方面的還不錯吧，性價比很高，做了兩天第二天給的房間超棒環境很好，空間也很大，室友的素質都很好，沒有打鼾的，然後也沒有説睡覺很大聲的衞生也做得不錯，下次再來希望下次來的話還繼續給一個大的房間，然後很不錯，各方面很好

前台姐姐很漂亮，一客一床要自己鋪，環境不錯，衞生間大但是佈局不太合理，位置方便

酒店位置很好，就在中央車站旁邊，服務人員態度也很好，這是他們最大的優點 不好的點是房間裡面的燈光很暗，然後沒有廚房，臥室裡的衞生間地上的水下不去，廁所也有點堵，房間的燈光很昏暗，就看起來很髒，做的人很多，當然價格很便宜，很實惠，這是他們最好的地方

在比利時的安特衞普，我選擇入住了a&O火車站酒店，因為他的地理位置非常好，就在火車站的對面，附近非常繁華，吃飯的選擇很多，跟前還有超市。附近酒店的設施能夠滿足旅途的基本需求，服務員的辦理入住也很順暢，晚上洗澡水很順暢且溫度好，最關鍵的是價格不貴。

這間飯店適合只住一天的狀況（本人就是）短暫過夜，有個便宜好所在，馬路對面就是車站，看到很多人評論說有蟲子，入住時沒遇到，不過環境不是特優就是了～但這反映在價錢上，而且也沒有要久待，所以可接受

The location was conveniently placed next to central station. I even had a view of the beautiful Brussels Central station. The room provide everything I needed except for the mosquito that terrorized my sleep. The room also provide a fan since you can’t control the aircon.

Horrible Experience – Do Not Stay Here I booked one night in Room 614, expecting a basic, decent stay — instead, it turned into a nightmare. The guests in the neighboring room (615) were blasting music at full volume and screaming like lunatics for hours late into the night. It was like trying to sleep next to a nightclub. I reported it multiple times. First, I messaged through 訂房網站 — no reply. Then I emailed the property and followed up in person at the front desk. A staff member did knock on their door, but it made zero difference. The noise continued nonstop well past 1am. What’s worse is that we couldn’t even close our window to block out the sound, because the air inside our room was awful — dusty, musty, and clearly not cleaned properly. So between the filthy air and the deafening noise, sleeping was impossible. We didn’t sleep the whole night. For a place that markets itself as a hotel, this was one of the worst stays I’ve had anywhere. Complete lack of control over guests, no follow-up from staff, no peace, and clearly no regard for cleanliness either. Avoid this place unless you’re planning to party all night and don’t care about basic comfort or sleep. Absolutely unacceptable. By the way the view from the room was horrendous and there was a hole in the wall from the table.

乾淨，就在火車站對面，性價比可以。 到達時前台很熱情，第二天打掃房間的西班牙姐姐也很友善，一個人的話住這裡還是不錯的。
