飯店位置還算方便，但整潔度不是這麼完善，check in 完進房時書桌未清理乾淨有油漬，廁所地板乾淨度也不盡理想，還有保險箱無法使用，東西放進去後門就打不開 兩次都得要求飯店人員來開啟

Prima Hotel..Echt helemaal niks mis mee..Goed ontbijt..leuk vriendelijk personeel.Alles Top.👍 En ook een heel mooi uitgangspunt voor naar het centrum.

Это было великолепно! Номер красивый, чистый , современный. Хорошая косметика, все опрятно и приятно. Я действительно в нем отдохнула. Прямо в начале шопинг улицы, рядом вокзал и остановка flix bus. Круглосуточное заселение. Твердая 5. Единственное, хотела бы порекомендовать заменить или добавить в номер полноценную кружку для чая/кофе. Сейчас там всего лишь маленькая как для эспрессо.

Locatie perfect in het centrum van Antwerpen. Op de kamer beide lampen bij het bed werken niet. Gemeld bij receptie, moest zelf maar even kijken: beide stekkers krom en defect. Bij kijken naar stekkers onder bed nog handdoek vorige bewoners, heb deze maar niet aangeraakt…, ook onder bed niet schoon en vloer in gehele kamer ook niet. Kortom hygiënisch is er nog veel werk aan de winkel in dit hotel… Ontbijt was daarentegen weer erg goed, niks op aan te merken.

EXCELLENT location and SUPER staff at reception. The rooms are of a good size, TV with all the channels you need, coffee & tea facility and clean bed and bathlinen - there is also nice shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion in the en-suite bathroom. The only two things that could make it even better are: put a fridge in the room OR invest in an ice machine and, have the rooms cleaned before 3pm (mine was cleaned at 5 pm when i returned from a whole day’s work and had to wait) OR recruit more cleaners. By all means, I’ll return and thank you for a great stay.

Very close to Antwerp Station, it’s a beautiful station. Room is fine and staff is helpful. There is free parking nearby hotel from 10pm-9am.

ห้องโางแรมมหญ่กว้างขวาง สบาย เดินจากสถานีประมาณ 8 นาที เป็นโซนที่ดี คนไม่ค่อยพลุกพล่านเหมือนตรงย่านรักท่องเที่ยวใกล้สถานี เห็นมีคนจอแจช่วง โรงเรียนเลิก ช่วงที่ไปมีการซ่อมแซมทางเท้าหน้าตึก ทำให้เดินลำบากเล็กน้อย แต่รอบๆมีที่จอด scotter แบบเช่าใกล้ ทำให้เดินทางไปไหนสะดวก

前台小哥人很好，但是停車太差了，22歐停車費必須要次日11點前取車，之前停在其他酒店都可以次日3點前取車。附近有收費停車場22歐可以停24小時，但是前台沒有告知，大家有停車需要的務必停到旁邊的收費停車場，比酒店合適還好找。

We booked 2 nights under un refundable condition, but had to change to 1 night due to family reason. We requested for a change and the hotel accepted via email; however, on the system it said the hotel rejected the change so the cancellation failed. When we got to the hotel and confirmed if the cancellation was accepted; they said the stay was modified to one night by 訂房網站 (which is not the case in the system) and that 訂房網站 took the money (did not refund for the other night). We were just trying to understand if the room is still available for 2 nights since we paid for 2 nights. But instead of listening to us, the hotel staff kept yelling at us. It was extremely aggressive and unwelcoming. In addition to this, the elevator is stinky. And the hair dryer did not work. We will not recommend this hotel. Also 訂房網站 service has been so underwhelming, not responsive at all despite multiple attempts on different channels.

EXCELLENT location and SUPER staff at reception.
