Staff is welcoming. There are indoor and outdoor pools. Be careful when using the indoor pool and better not swimming there because you can be pushed away by the jacuzzi water flow and the pool wall is quite rough. Breakfast is with various choices and you can enjoy pool or sea view when eating breakfast.

Un séjour de rêve à Istanbul C était absolument parfait ! Accueil chambre, service, restauration, spa localisation ….pour visiter Istanbul (je conseille le taxi bleue Il est au top ) des suites absolument magnifique! Literie de rêve Restauration excellente Et, surtout, personnel d'une attention et d'une gentillesse rares.... Nous avons fait un séjour inoubliable et nous avons hâte de revenir !! Un grand merci à toute l’équipe ! Je recommande vivement cet bel hôtel

La plus décevante expérience hôtelière. Tout d'abord, l'enregistrement a pris près d'une demi-heure, une expérience de réception aussi peu professionnelle est une première pour moi. De plus, nous avions réservé pour deux nuits, mais aucun service d'eau n'a été fourni chaque jour. Lorsque nous avons demandé à la réception le soir, on nous a dit que l'eau était épuisée et nous avons été dirigés vers le restaurant pour en acheter. C'est vraiment exagéré, ne pas fournir même de l'eau. En résumé, le personnel de la réception ici me donne une impression très arrogante. Je ne sais pas comment lui attribuer quatre étoiles, même n'importe quel Airbnb offre un meilleur service. Cependant, le personnel du spa est assez sympathique, c'est juste que la réception est vraiment agaçante. De plus, l'emplacement de l'hôtel est vraiment éloigné, une voiture est nécessaire pour y accéder, et les transports en commun sont très peu pratiques. En résumé, je ne recommande vraiment pas cet hôtel, et je n'y retournerai jamais.

The hotel is nice with 3 good outdoor pools. Great for kids. Restaurant is good. Transats in the pool are in very good quality and very clean. SPA Massage was very good. Need to book very early in advance, they are very full. no wonder as their service is great. Rooms suite are very decent size and the bed is very big. Parking is very convenient. When we checked in, our shower had a water evacuation blocked. we took a shower and the water was not going out. so we finished it in the bath tub. One wall lamp in the room and another in the living room were broken. it keep twinkling when it was on. we have informed the reception, and the shower was repaired but not the lights. we gave up on asking.
