L'ensemble du personne et le service sont proches de l'excellence. En particulier le service de réception avec Olivier et Raphaël. Hélas , concernant les appartements, si l'entretien est bon, l'état est très disparate y compris pour les plus chers ayant une jolie vue mer latérale. Certains ont été partiellement rénovés d'autres sont délabrés ainsi le 2321 (matelas défoncé, accessoires salle de bains arrachés, une plaque de cuisson sur deux ne fonctionnant pas, réfrigérateur givrant en permanence.. . ). Si l'on se voit attribué un appartement en mauvais état, il ne faut pas hésiter à le faire savoir, l'équipe de la réception fera son maximum pour un changement . Les piscines sont très belles, les cocktails savoureux avec la vue sur la baie des Anges tout comme la restauration. Dommage que la Direction du groupe néglige autant l'état de plusieurs appartements .

Dejligt hotel og spa med fine faciliteter. Vi nød opholdet. Eneste bemærkning er at betjeningen omend venlig var ret uopmærksom. Blev glemt et par gange.

Excellent séjour, avec des formules petit déjeuner disponible sur place avec boissons chaudes, mini viennoiseries et jus d’orange, pour 7€/pers. Chambre de très bonne taille, bien équipée ! Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir

Je viens souvent à thalazur. Mais c'est très bien le spa, hamam ou sauna. Mais manque de rafraîchissement. Les piscine dehors sont rouillé ou le fond des piscine sont moisis!! A revoir aussi les chambres. Le matériel est souvent détérioré ! Mais le personnel est très gentil !! 👍👍 J'espère que l'année prochaine se sera un peu rénové !

It is not what you would call a 4 stars, walls, doors, carpets in the rooms and especially in the common areas, not clean. Staff, especially in the dining room, not very welcoming. They ask you to fill out a form to monitor that you have found the room ok for cleanliness etc. This thing in addition to the other reviews makes me think that compared to the past they are trying to improve but there is a long way to go, especially the details, such as the stained velvet of the bed, the dust, dirty windows in the corridors and other refinements that went well beyond the questionnaire. Breakfast was ok. A 4 stars hotel should offer a certain level of service, elegance and comfort and it's not enough.

Our first room, what's dirty. It was like they haven't cleaned it since the last guest heater didn't work, so we spent one cold night.. They moved us to another room again. It was dirty, but at least the heater worked . The hallways were dirty. We were there for 3 days, not once, did it vacuum? The hallways. And they do not provide turnover service

Super sejour a thalazur , tout etait super , petit bémol pour les glaces a 7€ qui je trouve reste relativement cher quand nous sommes une grande famille . Cependant tous les services sont très bien .

La ubicación es mala / no cómoda, si no tienes coche, está ubicado en una urbanización privada por lo cual no tiene acceso fácil hacia los servicios de buses o mercado y hay que rodear toda la urbanización para llegar a los servicios (unos 25 minutos caminando) El servicio no sabemos como es ya que ningún día han pasado a limpiar la habitación (estuvimos 5 dias) aún poniendo el cartel de "limpiar". El desayuno cobran 21€ por día/persona y el menú no hemos preguntado. La habitación cuenta con una cama cómoda, baño con jabón y crema hidratante y la cocina bien equipada pero se echo de menos un sacacorchos.

Toujours agréable de profiter de ces installations ! Check in tardif à mon goût, et j'étais le seul à devoir attendre que le studio soit prêt. Propreté convenable. Joli cadre. Quelques bruits parasites dans le studio. Piscine intérieure très agréable. Hammam également.
