波爾圖貝洛水療度假村-全包式 (Porto Bello Hotel Resort & Spa)

This review is from a Turkish speaking Tourist : Things I didn’t like : 1. The BUFFET is not worth it at all for a 5 Star Hotel = honestly it is very underwhelming, there aren’t many Turkish specialities and the desserts are truly just filled with SUGAR. The Coffee was extremely disappointing, it was essentially just hot water with a small coffee earthy aftertaste. Very disappointing for a country known for its strong coffee ! The snack bars have slushy machines that are never cleaned and don’t taste good at all. The ice-creams served in the hotel are essentially RUBBER. As a Turkish man myself, I was very shocked because our country is known for such amazing delicacies. The only great food night was Wednesday night called “TURKISH NIGHT” at the buffet, which they have every Wednesday. The rest of the week is simply generic food. 2. The staff “helping” customers book day 訂房網站s and taxis is fully SCAMMING foreign customers = I asked this man to help me book a boat 訂房網站 to SULUADA and he said it would cost me 60€/person. Not knowing that I was Turkish myself, he looked at my face and just wrote 60€ per person on a piece of paper and looked at me🤣 I then told him that i saw tickets on the KLOOK app at 25€ per person and he lied to me saying that I would have to pay at the boat a supplement. I tried leaving and he stopped me and said he could go down to 38€ per person 😂 so I bought the tickets on KLOOK and had an amazing day without any scams haha please don’t believe the prices from the man next to the reception. 3. The spa, the outdoor swimming pool and the fitness center all close at 8 pm. There is essentially nothing to do at the hotel after 8 😅 4. The Hotel clients is essentially made up of 90% RUSSIAN speakers haha I have never seen more Russians in my life, that’s not a truly bad thing just preparing you that the hotel really is trying to accommodate the Russian clientele as much as possible 😅 GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE HOTEL : 1. Maybe because I was a Turkish speaker = the staff (beside the lying salesman haha) was very kind, very much the Turkish warmth and inviting culture. Very much appreciated. 2. For alcohol drinkers, the bar is unlimited if you book the all inclusive pass. 3. The outdoor pool is nice. 4. The check in and checkout process is very simple, but could be also because I speak turkish. 5. There are a few little supermarkets if you want snacks like ice creams, also beautiful walking roads along the beach.

好：飯還可以，服務員蠻好的。 壞：前台種族歧視。酒店設施舊。位置不好，離老區太遠。 1️⃣前台有兩個，戴眼鏡的種族歧視。第一天他把我的側海景雙床房安排在二層拐彎家庭房，沒有跟我進行確認。這個房間看不到任何海，而且空調無法制熱。晚上還能聽到樓下小孩在玩鬧。我看訂房網站評論發現，基本上亞洲人都會被安排在這裡。除了種族歧視我找不到任何理由…… 2️⃣酒店很老，也不大。雖然翻新過但也是差強人意。對比同價位埃及的全包酒店完敗。 3️⃣離老區很遠。去玩的話交通不便。不如住老區，海景也很美，餐廳酒吧很多，氛圍更好。 最後説一下，第二天另一個年輕前台蠻友好的，我專門給他説了要高樓層房間，他把本來寫好的房間換成了一個六層的，雖然也在旁邊，但是能看到海了。我發現全酒店大概衹有我第一天那個房間的位置看不到海…………處心積慮挑一個無海景房真是不容易…………而且正常的雙床房，房間大家剛好反而製熱沒問題……出國好多年這種暗戳戳的歧視真的最討厭的……不在乎亞洲顧客我將全網幫你宣傳哈🥰

Хороший отель твердая 4+. Бывал во многих, ничем не лучше и не хуже. Питание хорошее. Идут навстречу гостям с ранним заселением и поздним выездом. В целом семье понравилось. Немного далеко от всего, но есть где погулять вечером. Рекомендую

Все понравилось , хороший отель

Заселили быстро, с утра, предложили завтрак сразу, спасибо за гостеприимство. С учётом, что отель немного в старом стиле, удивил приятный дизайн интерьера номера, достаточно большой, со столиком нм балконе, креслами, холодильником, всеми принадлежностями в ванне. Тапочки есть, халатов нет, берите в чем в сауну ходить. Все номера с частичным видом на море, прекрасно! Большой холл с живой музыкой по вечерам и баром олинклюзив. Кухня разнообразная, свежая. За 5 дней прибывания были кальмары, ягнятина, сёмга, мидии, куропатки(!), раки, дорадо. Я молчу про индейку, говядину, разная рыба на гриле, всегда есть что то с открытого огня на гриле👍 Реально олинклюзив окупается с нынешними ценами в Турции на раз два. После цен в кафе мы отдыхали, не думая о деньгах. Соотношение уровня отеля, цены и предоставляемых услуг просто отличное. Для детей были дискотеки, бассейн нм улице есть, но в апреле ещё холодно. Работает внутренний крытый бассейн, отличная сауна ( русская баня), хороший хамам, все включено в стоимость. В зоне сауны травяные чаи, детокс вода, яблоки. До моря 3 минуты, прекрасный вид, длинная набережная, пешком от отеля до конца набережной пешком гулять 2-2,5 часа, есть специальные дорожки для бега, для великов, бесплатные туалеты, полно кафе кофе попить.. Супер кардио👍 Благодарим за отдых 🫶

Хороший уютный отель, прекрасный бассейн, расположен удачно и целый день освещается солнцем, поэтому теплый. Алкогольные напитки слабые, местного производства, все остальное за плату

Хороший отель в своей ценовой категории. Номера уже немного уставшие, но если не придираться, то довольно уютные и с красивым боковым видом на море. Уборка каждый день, меняют полотенца, но почему-то нет халатов. Еда довольно однообразная каждый день, но иногда добавляют интересные блюда. В какой-то день были суши, есть их правда было невозможно, рис ужасно кислый, будто вчерашний. Зато очень вкусное мясо на огне, за 7 дней не надоело:)

Otelin genel atmosferi de çok etkileyici; modern tasarım ve yemyeşil bahçeler mükemmel bir uyum sağlıyor, spa merkezi ise tam bir huzur vahası. Tek küçük dezavantaj, bazı odalarda **hafif bir tadilat kokusu** olmasıydı. Kokuya hassasiyeti olan misafirlerin oda seçerken iletişime geçmesini öneririm. Bunun dışında hizmet ve olanaklar kesinlikle tavsiye edilir! --- ### **English** Porto Spa Resort delivered a fantastic stay overall! **The location is prime**—steps from the beach and within walking distance to the city center. **The breakfast setting was a highlight**: the restaurant with floor-to-ceiling windows offered a lavish buffet including fresh fruits, artisan breads, and local delicacies. The hotel’s ambiance blends modern design with lush gardens, and the spa facilities were perfect for unwinding. The only minor issue was a **slight new-renovation odor in some rooms**, so those sensitive to smells may want to request a well-ventilated room in advance. Beyond that, the attentive service and top-notch amenities make this resort a solid choice for a relaxing getaway!

The Portobello hotel is great for leisure. Food and drinks all inclusive and serving all day. Located nearby beach, but far from the city center and other attractions. The hotel service is good, room is very clean.
