Dear [nirvana] Management, I am writing 👎👎👎to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. I had high expectations based on your advertising and reputation, but unfortunately, my experience did not reflect what was promised in any way.👎👎👎 Firstly, the cleanliness and hygiene standards were extremely disappointing. When we arrived and entered our room, the bedding, including the pillows and sheets, was far from clean. They were visibly stained and looked unkempt. This was completely unacceptable, especially for a hotel that claims to maintain high cleanliness standards. Moreover, the bathroom facilities were in poor condition. The shower was broken and could not be used properly, which caused significant inconvenience during our stay. Additionally, the spa facilities, including the sauna, jacuzzi, and pool, were either not working or were poorly maintained. This was a major reason for selecting your hotel, and the fact that these amenities were unavailable was very disappointing. The food and desserts were also of very poor quality. They were not fresh, and the overall taste did not meet expectations. Given that meals are an essential part of the stay, this added to my dissatisfaction. Considering these issues, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The service and facilities were far from what was advertised, and it was not worth the money paid. I have taken photographs and videos as evidence, which I am prepared to share publicly to ensure that other potential guests are aware of the reality of staying at your hotel. I expect a response to this complaint and would appreciate if you take immediate action to address these issues. It is important for businesses to provide what they promise, and I hope my feedback leads to improvements for future guests. Sincerely, Hamed.

Хороший отель, но не для пляжного отдыха!!! Шикарное лобби и зона рецепшин!!! Отличная еда и обслуживание!!! Совершенно не продуманная территория, все очень не удобно, плохие бассейны и зоны рядом с ними, очень плохие матрасы и подушки , плохая звукоизоляция номеров!!! Сюда можно ехать только как бизнес отель на 1-3 дня!!! Третий день просим сделать нам поиграть волейбольную площадку, но только одни обещания, все уже покалечились на ней!!! Для пляжного отдыха отель не рекомендую!!!
